Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Yoga
Meeniyan Yoga Classes are traditional Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga classes, were we learn to balance & synchronise the Mind, Body and Breath with each Asana or Posture, following a string of asana sequences, which have been skilfully designed to safely Stretch, Strengthen & Tone the Whole Body, in a slow flowing motion called “YOGA FLOW” it is that which engages and focuses the Mind/Body/Breath, that bring about a state of Peace.
The word Hatha is made up of two Sanskrit roots, Ha and Tha, Ha -SUN- Yang and Tha -MOON -Yin. Hatha Yoga -Restore Health, Inner Balance and Peace.

Yoga is a path which cultures the body and senses, refines the mind, civilizes the intelligence, and takes rest in the soul which is the core of our being.
