Meeniyan Yoga Classes are traditional Hatha Yoga and Flow Yoga classes, were we learn to balance & synchronize the Mind, Body and Breath with each Asana or Posture, following a string of asanas sequences, which have been skilfully designed to safely Stretch, Strengthen & Tone the Whole Body, in a slow flowing motion called “YOGA FLOW” it is that which engages and focuses the Mind/Body/Breath, that bring about a state of Peace.
