Yoga practice is not just an Asana practice or a body movement practice. Throughout yoga we learn that yoga is a focusing practice, to focus on the mind, body and breath connection, to calm, to centre and to balance our whole being, with total awareness we become present in the moment, which is called mindful. Yoga is a way of living day to day in acceptance and mindful awareness, taking full responsibility for ourselves in thought, speech and action.
